Embassy Gardens · Nine Elms

The place we call home is ours to look after.

Embassy Gardens belongs to the neighbours who live and invest here. Together we're exploring Right to Manage, a well-established legal step that brings how our buildings are run into our own hands.

About two minutes. Free. Non-binding. Counts your flat towards your building's threshold.

What is Right to Manage?

An animated introduction to what we're doing, why it matters at Embassy Gardens, and what we're asking you to do.

A neighbourhood worth protecting

It's more than a building. It's home.

The Sky Pool and wellness spaces. The landscaped gardens and courtyards. The concierge teams and the familiar faces that make this feel like a village in the middle of the city. Right to Manage would bring our residential buildings under leaseholders' control, and give us a stronger, organised voice on the shared estate we all pay towards.

  • Gardens, water features and green space on our doorstep
  • The Sky Pool, gym, spa and shared spaces we use every week
  • Teams and neighbours that turn a postcode into a community

More control, not full control: RTM covers the residential buildings, while the shared facilities stay estate-managed. See exactly what RTM covers →

Our building. Our decision.

Embassy Gardens is unmistakable. How it's run should be too.

Right to Manage doesn't change a single brick. It changes who the people running our buildings answer to, from a distant freeholder to the neighbours who live and invest here. It is the right to choose our managing agent, not to run the estate ourselves — more control, not full control, over Embassy Gardens.

Why we're exploring RTM

Decisions about our money, made by the people who pay it.

Right to Manage is a well-established legal route, already used by thousands of UK buildings and improved by the 2024 reforms. Nothing about daily life changes, professional managers, engineers and advisers carry on. What changes is who they answer to.

  • Openness — the service-charge budget set and shared in the open, itemised, with accounts members can see.
  • Quality — we choose the managing agent, and can replace them. Professional management stays.
  • Better value — every contract tendered properly, quality protected, the freeholder's routine legal costs no longer ours to pay.
