£170 per apartment. One shared fund. Spent only when it counts.
If you support the EGRA Committee's recommendation to pursue Right to Manage, we're inviting every leaseholder to chip in £170 per apartment towards the RTM Fund.
Professional advice, when the support is real.
The fund pays for specialist legal and technical advice, the RTM companies' set-up and governance preparation, and the project management a claim of this scale needs.
- EGRA manages the fund carefully and transparently
- Money is only committed where there is a realistic prospect of progressing RTM
- An independent RTM consultant is appointed as momentum and funding build, not before
- Once a building reaches around 35% committed support, its RTM company is established and governance preparation begins
How to contribute
By bank transfer to the EGRA account:
Please include your block and apartment in the reference so your contribution is recorded against your flat. Questions: info@egra.org.uk
£170 buys the tools. The community does the work.
RTM is not a case of contributing £170 and leaving the rest to a consultant. It is a substantial neighbourhood effort: support from 50% plus one qualifying leaseholders in each building, volunteer directors, professional advice, careful project management and sustained engagement over the next 12 months or more.
Your contribution makes the professional side possible. Your voice, with neighbours, with landlords, with owners who live elsewhere, is what actually gets each building over the threshold.
Contributed? Now count your flat.
Registration is what the legal threshold is measured on, two minutes, no obligations.
About two minutes. Free. Non-binding. Counts your flat towards your building's threshold.
