Embassy Gardens is more than its buildings, it's the neighbours who live in them, invest in them and care about them. This page is about us, and about the part you could play.
This works because neighbours make it work.
The EGRA Committee, a small group of volunteers with jobs, families and other commitments, can coordinate and lead this work. But no committee can deliver a project of this scale on behalf of more than 1,450 leaseholders. If RTM is to succeed, it succeeds because the community makes it succeed.

Help us reach every neighbour.
Many apartments are rented and many owners live elsewhere, simply reaching people is the hardest part. Talk to your neighbours, introduce landlords to EGRA, share this site with owners you know. If every supporter brings in just a few more leaseholders, the majority becomes entirely realistic. Letting and sales agents: help the owners you act for make an informed decision.
